Here is a picture of a hot air balloon that passed over our house. We were pretty excited about it!

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!
Yesterday marked that day that my mom and dad were married. Today they are celebrating that's why I'm posting about it today. They have been together for 21 years and in those years have raised 10 children in the fear of the LORD. Mama walked with the Lord for 30+ years. Daddy has walked with the Lord for 20+. I'm so thankful that God saw fit to put me with my parents. They are a tremendous blessing to me and my siblings. I pray that I may be able to give them back the same blessing that they have given to me.
One of the best things that Mom and Dad have given to me is the love and fear of God. I will NEvEr be able to thank them enough for helping to instill in me a sharp conscience. Mom and Dad have also helped me to learn how to come against the powers that cannot be seen. They have provided me with security in Jesus Christ. They have taught me how to fight the GOOD fight.
THANK YOU SO MUCH MAMA AND DADDY!!!!!
To celebrate Mom and Dad have gone out and us kids are celebrating by (a) Having Costco pizza (go figure LOL) (b) and the little kids are going to have a 'sleep up' with the big kids upstairs.
Blessings to your day!

What's up for me
Right now I'm just working on being able to get all of my school done in one day. I guess it's just me not getting to it! Tomorrow I want to start on my dolls. I can't wait! I really need to try other things to make my stuff sell KIM?
We just got a new dog. Yes, we LoVe our dogs! Now we have four. Hey, but I think that we did pretty well though seeing as we only paid for one of our dogs! Well, all but one of our dogs had (or have to be) neutered on spayed. So we have to pay for that. Here is a pic of our newest dog:

My day
I hope all of you had as good of a day as I did! In the morning we cleaned our fingers off. Then came lunch and clean up. Oh yes, Mama had to go get Daddy from the car shop cause our van was going coo coo. Then, 12 yo sis and I bathed our Lhasa-Apso (Dusty). He looked SOOO cute! He is white and we put a black bow on him so he looked like he had a tux. on! We are going to get a black poodle and we were just thinking of how we could put a white bow on the black dog and then the black bow on Dusty! After that I made two pie crusts for MORE lemon meringue pies. I took a little break after that (wheeew!). Lemon meringue pie filling was up next!! The meringue turned out really good! I also made spaghetti for dinner. LOTS of practice with cooking today.

A New Recipe
I was going to post about a recipe so here it is! It is really nice and thin... almost too thin!
2 pizzas (change servings and units)
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (may substitute whole wheat flour for 1 cup of the all-purpose)
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2-1 tablespoon olive oil
- cornmeal, for sprinkling
Directions
1
Mix a little sugar into the warm water.2
Sprinkle yeast on top.3
Wait for 10 minutes or until it gets all foamy.4
Pour into a large bowl.5
Add flour, salt, olive oil.6
Combine.7
Knead for 6-8 minutes until you have a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (add a bit more flour if you need to).8
Cover and let rest for 20-30 minutes.9
Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans.10
Sprinkle with a little bit of cornmeal.11
Divide dough in half.12
Place each half on a pizza pan and pat it with your fingers until it stretches over the whole pan.13
Try to make it thicker around the edge.14
If desired, pre-bake at 425 F for 10 minutes (I don't always do this).15
Then spread with pizza sauce and use the toppings of your choice.16
Bake at 425 F for 10-20 minutes longer or until bubbly and hot.17
Makes 2 12-inch pizzas.18
If you don't want to use all the dough, you can freeze it.19
Take a portion of dough, form into a ball, rub olive oil over it and place it in a freezer bag (the oil makes it easier to take out of the bag).20
When you want to make a pizza, take dough out of freezer and allow to thaw before using.

Went to church and played dare-base after meal time etc. BUT sadly, I busted my ankle. It's not bad though so thank the Lord for that! Tiny update I know! God bless all of you! TTFN.

Our New Furniture
Here is our new couches. I call 'em elephant couches cause they're so big! They are half recliner half couch. We really like them!

This is our tables. We had to buy two because there just isn't a table that sits 12 people! Well, we did find one but it was LOTS of money.

God really blessed us. Before we had plastic tables and chairs but they worked! God is so good all the time even if you're couches are 20 years old and you have plastic tables and chairs. God always provides even if we don't think that He isn't. We have to be thankful wether we want to or not. LOL you know what Mama's been telling me!!

Shop till you drop, right?
NO!! Clean till you drop!! PLEASE don't talk about getting more stuff right now! We are getting new furniture. Some of our stuff is 20 years old (as long as Mama and Daddy have been married) so it's time to get more furniture. Naturally, before moving more stuff in you have to get rid of stuff. SO here is what my day has been from about 9:00 to 4:50:
Run up the stairs. Run back down. Grab the vacuum. Wipe the cabinets. Run back downstairs with the vacuum. Stare at the growing pile of junk on the kitchen floor and wonder how your dad ever afforded that much stuff. Run downstairs to put away canning jars. Run back up. Wipe out the side cabinets. Wonder when we are ever going to use that candle wax (you want any? JK). etc. etc. etc.
Yes it did calm down! Do you know about this? I know it VEry well but I absolutely LOve a de-cluttered look and absolutely Do NOt like the cluttered look!

Another sewing project and random stuffs that is not on topic (*cheesy grin*)
We just visited Wal-Mart and I was able to get some fabric for some more dolls to sell on etsy. I'm going to make a bot and a girl and they are going to be twins. Their clothes, hair, and eyes are going to match! I can't wait to get started! I'm going to wait until we de-clutter our sewing space though. I can't stand to work in clutter!! We are having to get rid of some of our fish tanks and stuff. My sister gave all but 3 of our finches away. The 3rd bird doesn't have a tail. 12 yo sister was catching her and accidentally pulled the tail feathers off. 19 yo sister didn't feel right giving them a bird without a tail! Originally the cage had 7 or 8! I'm not that big on animals. And at first I was glad they were going (*shame on me*). Then, it was almost time to give 'em away...and.....I started saying, "The poor birdies!" LOL! Speaking of lots of animals Living4Jesus has 10 male bettas and (hold on while I count females) nine females (I guess that all the males had to have a mate.....except for one bachelor!!). She's working on consolidating the males. All the females are in a pretty tank on the computer desk. My 12 yo sister is our guppy girl. She has probably 12 or 15 guppies. Oh and TONS of babies that all look alike! We also have a 65 gallon fish tank in our dining room. And 16 yo brother has a 20 gallon tank in his room too. We are very fishy pple! Then, besides small animals we have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 parakeets, and a 12 inch plecostamus that looks like a pre-historic monster. Of all this, one is mine. I have the cat. This cat's name is Tommy (I know, I'm so great at names *rolls eyes*) and I got him for free. Our dog and him used to sleep together. It was so cute!! But sadly, my cat isn't really all cat any more *sigh*. He took our dog's example and now he is half cat half dog! For example, Tommy licks all the time, he yowls REALLY loud, and he lets kids play with him (which cat do you know that lets little children play with him?) Once my 8 yo brother who was probably 5 at the time put a bungy cord around his neck. After that, he started to drag him across our porch! When Mama stopped him and asked what he was doing he answered, "I'm walking the cat, Mommy". Tommy just laid there acting like 'this was normal and if every cat wasn't dragged around by a 5 yo then they weren't normal'! Yep, I like my cat.
We might get a poodle. A lady at L4J work needs to get one off of her hands so she said that if we paid for the rabies shot and fixing of this poodle then we could have him. He is black, is named Devin (I don't like the name.:( Oh well!) and is 3 or 4 years old. We just aren't sure we want him!!Anyway my fingers are REally tired. TTYL!
